{System Features}

The system is a new generation product developed on the basis of the operating experience of the first-generation centralized metering system. It was launched in 2014 and has so far installed hundreds of thousands. It retains the advantages of centralized installation of the previous generation of products (appropriate product appearance, anti-theft, space saving, and easy management), and at the same time solves some problems left over from the previous generation.


1) The measurement content is added, which can measure the total active electric energy, the active electric energy at 4 ways to calculate expenses, and the capacitive inductive electric energy. Instantaneous measurement contents such as voltage, current, power, etc. can also be obtained by "spot reading", please refer to the specific product manual for details.
2) The LCD display is added to the metering module, which not only meets the new international standards, but also solves the problem of users' trust in the power company's meter reading results.

3) The single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase modules are independently designed. There is no need to combine configuration during installation and maintenance, which saves the "control module" in the first-generation products, and greatly reduces the engineering workload of the power company.

4) Each metering module uses a dual-frequency narrowband high-speed carrier (PLC) chip. The upper frequency point F1 is used to communicate with the concentrator, and the lower frequency point F2 is used to communicate with the user displays (EDU, CIU, DISPLAY). Basically realized distributed data exchange. Compared with the first-generation system, meter reading by the concentrator does not affect the display update, and the display update does not need to be processed by the concentrator, which is faster and more reliable. This architecture is very suitable for the decentralized large user model: overhead anti-theft, real-time data can be seen on the display. Therefore, customers commonly call this system "one meter, one display system".


{Product Features}
★Measurement. There are single-phase, two-phase and three-phase metering modules. Each metering module can measure the total active electric energy and the active electric energy in 4-rate mode. Capacitive and inductive reactive energy can be measured. Can measure instantaneous measurement values such as voltage, current, active and reactive power, frequency, power factor, etc.
★Load control. Each metering module is equipped with a built-in relay, which can cut off the load at the maximum current. The single-phase module has intrusion phase detection function. When there is an intrusion phase, it will reject the closing command to avoid short circuit accidents.

★Local display and user display. Each metering module has an LCD display, and the accuracy of the module's metering-display can be verified (evaluated) on the calibration table. For elevated engineering (anti-electricity theft), each module can be connected to an independent user display (independent product) to be installed in the user's home, and the user can observe the electricity consumption nearby. The time difference between the update of the user display and the LCD display of the metering module is less than 1 minute/kWh of electrical energy. The user’s doubts about the power company can be resolved by comparing the consistency of the LCD and the user’s display reading.

★In order to save the cost of the power company, the system provides multi-unit displays (independent products). Each multi-family display can display the electricity consumption of up to 18 households.

★The concentrator is the communication core of the local network of the system. Apply 4G mobile communication module to the channel (service software of the power company), and exchange data with the power company through the public network. The mobile communication module is backward compatible with 3G and 2G signals. For the next application, narrow-band high-speed carrier (PLC) communicates with the metering module (frequency point F1).

★In order to meet the special needs of individual users, each metering module has a "one meter one display" design with the appearance of a common electric energy meter (bottom installation), which can be connected to the system communication without modification.
